Grover Construction LLC was founded by Justin Geiger in 2020, during one of the most challenging periods for businesses worldwide. Justin, a former lineman, saw an opportunity to combine his extensive field experience and passion for leadership to build a company focused on high-quality telecommunications utility construction services.

What began as a small operation has since grown into a trusted name in the utility construction industry, known for its commitment to communication, safety, and project excellence.

Justin’s journey into the industry started with hands-on experience working for Mastec, which fueled his passion for utility construction. Now, Grover Construction LLC operates throughout Oregon, Washington, and the Pacific Northwest, providing essential services like aerial construction, fiber splicing, pole inspections, and PUC violation work.
